Senior Product Manager

TomoCredit is a fintech startup based in downtown San Francisco. We issue the smartest consumer credit card which does not require a credit score for approval. THE ROLE
TomoCredit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap for all Tomocredit products and experiences. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and management teams to execute on our vision to create a financial system that is open and accessible to everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Work with a cross functional team to design new products that meet customer needs
- Drive the product and business planning processes
- Analyze customer needs, current market trends and potential partnerships
- Define key metrics for the product and track and share these metrics within the organization
- Own the product and metrics from inception to launch to growth
- Launch innovative products that drive adoption
- Understanding of FinTech ecosystem and designing products within legal and regulatory limitations
- Assess current competitor offerings
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Bachelor's degree in product management, engineering, or related field
- Strong product design, technical, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing product vision and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to create product roadmaps from initial idea to launch.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
